It actually depends on the individual. Everyone’s water intake will be different based on age, weight, height, physical activity, pregnancy and even outdoor temperatures. ![]()
Use an online daily water intake calculator to get a more accurate number. ![]()
2) Water is the only option to stay hydrated💦![]()
Nope! Juice, milk, teas and even coffee are mostly composed of water so they all contribute to your daily water intake. Just be aware of the added sugar in some of these drinks. ![]()
The food you eat also counts, especially the juicy fruits and vegetables🥗![]()
